PROPERTIES FOR RENT

● Must be 18yrs or older

● Verificable past rental history (Current & Good Standing)

● No Evictions or Foreclosures within the last 4 yrs

● Light Credit/History Report

● Must show verifiable proof of income 3x the rent amount

    -If you get paid every week we need 4 Paystubs

    -If you get paid biweekly we need 8 Paystubs

● Apply in the office

● $60 (Non Refundable) App Fee Per Person and paid in person at our office

● You must bring a copy of your ID, & The Paystubs when turning in app

● Allow 48 hrs for your app to be processed, and for a call back with your results

● Your App is good and stays on file for 60 Days for any of our properties

● Lying on an Application results in Automatic Denial

Things to know:

● We operate on a First Come First Serve Basis!

● 1st Months, Security Deposit and $150 Leasing Fee due before Move In.

● If you move in before the 1st of the month, the rent will be prorated

● You will need to get Utilities,and Renters Insurance switched into name before

    Signing Lease and Occupancy Permit before receiving keys

● Security Deposits to hold houses are non-refundable
